Hi, I'm Tony Deblauwe creator of the iPocket Coach app for iPhone and iPod Touch. I'm a coach and Human Resources professional with an extensive background working with managers on how to deal with a variety of workplace issues.
The inspiration for the app came from feedback I received regarding scripts. Often managers are not sure what to say or how to approach certain conversations and need some guidance to steer them in the right direction. This app provides a starting point to quickly understand what to do when addressing common workplace scenarios.
